Information you choose to send us

If you email us, we will receive the information in your message, including your email address. We use it only to respond to your enquiry and manage any related conversation.

Joining the launch list

If you join the launch list, we collect your email address, your consent and any optional information you provide about dog size or design preference. We use this to send occasional launch and product emails and to understand what potential customers are most interested in.

We rely on your consent for these emails. You can withdraw it at any time by using the unsubscribe option in an email or contacting us. Withdrawing consent will not affect how your information was used before that point.

Website hosting and campaign measurement

This pre-launch site and its launch-list form are hosted by Netlify. Form submissions are processed through Netlify so that we can receive and manage them. If you arrive through a campaign link, we may also record its source, medium and campaign labels, along with the referring page, to understand which activity is useful.

This page does not currently offer customer accounts or online purchases, and our campaign measurement does not set advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep launch-list information while Restful Hound is preparing to launch and for as long as you remain subscribed. We will remove it when it is no longer needed or when you ask us to, unless we must retain limited information for legal reasons.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us for a copy of your information, request a correction or deletion, object to or restrict certain uses, or withdraw launch-list consent. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
